- 2 tbsp finely chopped red onion
- 1 tbsp finely chopped jalapeño pepper
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3 avocados, peeled
- 3 tbsp chopped cilantro
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 3/4 cup plain, low-fat yogurt
Directions
- Finely chop the red onion, jalapeño, cilantro, and garlic.
- Peel the avocados before adding them to the dip.

AHF tip: Peel the avocados over the bowl so you don't lose any of the flesh clinging to the skin — every bit counts toward that creamy texture.
