Ingredients
- 1 tuna steak
- 2 tbsp salsa
- 1 cup snow peas
- Extra-virgin olive oil, for brushing
Directions
- Lightly brush a grill pan, grill rack, or broiler pan with a little oil.
- Grill the tuna over medium heat or medium coals (broiling works too), turning after 4-6 minutes. The tuna should stay a little pink in the center but flake easily around the edges.
- Top with fresh salsa and serve with the cup of snow peas.
AHF tip: Resist the urge to overcook the tuna — a little pink in the center is what keeps it tender instead of dry and chalky.
